It ultimately depends on the individual's needs and preferences. A backpack is often more practical for carrying heavier items and distributing weight evenly, making it a good choice for commuting, traveling, or outdoor activities. On the other hand, a handbag may be more suitable for professional or formal settings, as well as for carrying lighter items. Some people may even opt for both, using a backpack for daily essentials and a handbag for more formal occasions. **

If both the Chancellor and Vice Chancellor die, there are typically established protocols in place to ensure continuity of leadership within the organization. Depending on the organization's structure and governing documents, there may be designated successors or interim leaders who would step in to fulfill the roles of Chancellor and Vice Chancellor until permanent replacements can be appointed. It is important for organizations to have succession plans in place to address such scenarios and ensure the smooth functioning of the institution. **

If both the Chancellor and the Vice Chancellor were to die, there are typically succession plans in place to ensure continuity of leadership within the organization or institution. Depending on the specific policies and procedures in place, a designated individual such as a Deputy Chancellor or Provost may assume the responsibilities of the Chancellor until a new Chancellor is appointed. In some cases, an interim Chancellor may be selected to lead the institution until a permanent replacement is found through a formal selection process. **

In most universities, the vice chancellor does not automatically become the chancellor if the chancellor dies. Instead, there is typically a process for electing a new chancellor, which may involve the university's board of trustees or other governing body. The vice chancellor may be a candidate for the position, but they would need to go through the formal election process to officially become the new chancellor. **

No, animals cannot become Chancellor as the position of Chancellor is typically held by a human being. The role of Chancellor involves making important decisions and representing the interests of a university or government institution, which requires a level of understanding and communication that animals do not possess. While animals can hold symbolic positions or titles in some organizations, they do not have the capacity to fulfill the duties of a Chancellor. **

It is subjective to determine which Chancellor was better as each had their own strengths and weaknesses. However, many would argue that Angela Merkel was a more successful Chancellor due to her long tenure, steady leadership during times of crisis, and ability to navigate complex political landscapes. On the other hand, Helmut Kohl is also highly regarded for his role in German reunification and his contributions to European integration. Ultimately, the assessment of who was better depends on individual perspectives and priorities. **

Yes, one can become Chancellor in various countries such as Germany and Austria. In Germany, the Chancellor is the head of government and is elected by the Bundestag (the federal parliament). To become Chancellor, one must be a member of the Bundestag and be able to command the confidence of the majority of its members. In Austria, the Chancellor is also the head of government and is appointed by the President, typically from the largest party in the National Council (the lower house of the Austrian Parliament). To become Chancellor in Austria, one must be a member of the National Council and have the support of the majority of its members. **

As an AI language model, I do not have personal preferences. However, some people might prefer Angela Merkel as Chancellor again due to her experience, leadership, and steady hand in guiding Germany through various challenges during her tenure. Merkel was known for her pragmatic approach and ability to build consensus, which some may view as valuable qualities in a leader. **
